Announcement on the implementation of the teaching process at the University of Maribor Faculty of Education
Dear students,
With this communication, we would like to inform you about the measure taken in connection with the implementation of the teaching process at the University of Maribor Faculty of Education (UM FE) due to the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
In accordance with the Plan of the University of Maribor for the Continuity of Work at the Time of Coronavirus Occurrence (Number: 012/2020 / N 1/515-MP), which we received today, 11 March 2020, at 11.30 a.m., and in accordance with the authority of the Dean resulting from these instructions, we would like to inform you that, in addition to the general preventive and specific measures to prevent coronavirus infection, the UM PE has taken the following steps regarding the organization of work:
From March 12, 2020, the PE teaching process will be implemented and office hours will be carried out by teleworking (via online classrooms, e-mail, telephone or other forms of distance working).
The study process and all other forms of work will take place during the time specified in the timetable, but only in the form of telework. At the time when a teaching form is scheduled, the teacher will be available by e-mail, in the online classroom or in another agreed format.
Until further notice, the measure will take effect from March 12, 2020. We will keep you informed about further actions or changes. Therefore, please regularly check the faculty website and your emails.
Until this measure is lifted, all public closed-circuit events (all meetings, student events, congresses, seminars, etc.). on the premises of the Faculty of Education will be cancelled.
