Developing competences is one of the basic conditions for lifelong learning and improved employability. The condition for this is the implementation of flexible forms of learning, in which the roles of all stakeholders are redefined: pupils or students, professionals and principals. The challenge is the Innovative Learning Environments, supported by ICT. ICT-enabled innovative learning environments enable the implementation of innovative 1:1 pedagogy, in which learning scenarios highlight how mobile devices can be used to support many different learning strategies; they introduce the elements of formative monitoring and take into account the development of new competencies that are developed in learning with technology and disseminate learning in space and time outside the classroom. https://www.inovativna-sola.si/
